We definitely monitor the list, including this thread, and appreciate all of the input. We're always tinkering with new KX-line ideas.
The KX2 was optimized for ultralight field ops requiring small size and light weight, all-band/all-mode coverage, and up to 10 W from internal battery. This is why it's a great choice for SOTA.
